Rapula founded Retlhalefile Holding Group in 2020 after three decades across ten industries — investment banking, insurance, energy, health, education, mining, arts and culture, agriculture and transport. He is accredited by COMENSA, the professional body for coaches and mentors in South Africa, and leads the firm’s coaching and facilitation work.
